Wadu Ryu Karate
as the sun rise over the park northeast of Kathmandu, it is already filled with early risers. amongst gurkhas in traning and elders doing their tai chi. there is a group of small childen warming up for their wadu ryu karate training. the school children are impatiently waiting for their sensei to come teach their class, as the assistant trainers make them do warm-ups.

for the whole racing season, car cross drivers from all over the country meet up at different competing events to race each other. the drivers live by the track amongst their competition, yet as friends in the off-time . they eat and breathe car parts, gasoline, easy fast food and backaches for month, all while enjoying each other company and friendly competition.
